These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our marine mobile services, including repair, maintenance, and emergency assistance ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

What to include in the T&C document

1. Services Provided

1.1. We offer mobile marine services, including but not limited to:

  • Boat engine repairs and maintenance.

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

  • Emergency on-site assistance for marine vessels.

1.2. Services are subject to availability and may depend on location, weather, and safety conditions.

2. Service Requests

2.1. Customers can request services through:

2.2. Service requests are confirmed only after receipt of a confirmation email, text, or verbal acknowledgment from us.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Pricing is based on the type of service, labor hours, and parts required. A standard call-out fee applies for mobile services.
3.2. Payments must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Accepted payment methods include: [Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, etc.].
3.4. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1. The customer must provide accurate information about the vessel and its location.
4.2. The customer must ensure a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform the services.
4.3. Delays or cancellations caused by the customer may result in additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of the call-out fee.
5.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to a [100]% fee.
5.3. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions.

6. Liability

6.1. We are not liable for pre-existing damages, customer negligence, or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
6.2. Our liability for any claims related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

7. Warranties

7.1. We provide a [timeframe]-day warranty for parts installed and services rendered, subject to proper use and maintenance.
7.2. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Emergency Services

8.1. Emergency services are provided based on availability and are subject to additional charges.
